How it works

Every incentive application in view. A visible path to the decision.

Incentive Tower replaces the email threads and spreadsheets between spotting an incentive and getting the program’s decision. At every stage you can see where each incentive application stands, what is missing and what happens next.

From first look to final decision

Six stages. One connected process.

Each stage answers three questions: Where am I? What is missing? What happens next?

1 · Describe the project

Start with the property, scope, equipment, estimated investment and timing. You don’t begin by guessing which government program fits.

2 · Discover opportunities

Supported program modules are evaluated against the project. Each preliminary result explains why it surfaced and what remains unknown.

3 · Choose what to pursue

Prioritize the opportunities worth deeper work. Before any paid engagement, scope, deliverables, coverage and fees are confirmed in writing.

4 · Prepare the evidence

Organize proposals, specifications, invoices, ownership records and program-specific documents. Reuse validated evidence where it applies.

5 · Review and resolve

Clear blocking requirements and obtain applicant, tax, legal or technical confirmation where needed. Completeness and readiness stay separate.

6 · Track to the decision

Every deadline, request and follow-up stays in view, with early warnings. Record applicant authorization, submission, correspondence and the final yes-or-no decision. The administrator decides the outcome.

Readiness has a standard

82% complete can still mean not ready to submit.

A missing assessment, an unresolved ownership question or a required professional confirmation blocks readiness even when most documents are in hand.

A number is context, not permission.

Incentive Tower distinguishes document completeness from the evidence and review gates that must be satisfied before a package moves forward.

  • The applicant authorizes submission.
  • Qualified professionals keep their responsibilities.
  • Program administrators keep final authority.
