Optional success fee
On select full-service engagements, part of the fee can be structured as a small percentage of funds actually awarded, where the program’s rules permit it. A success fee is optional and is agreed in writing in advance.
No guarantee of an award. Incentive Tower never guarantees eligibility, funding or an award. Some programs restrict or prohibit success-based or contingency fees, and some costs cannot be paid from award funds. We confirm what each program allows before proposing a success fee.
