FAQ

Clear expectations, before the engagement.

A responsible diligence process starts with knowing what the service does, what remains uncertain and who owns each decision.

Why the name Incentive Tower?

Like an air traffic control tower, it keeps every incentive application in sight, knows where each one stands, warns early when something needs attention and sees each one through to the program’s decision. People stay in control of every call.

What does Incentive Tower do?

It gives your team one place to run every incentive application, whether it’s a grant, rebate, tax credit or other incentive from a public, private or nonprofit source: what each needs, who owns the next step, which deadlines are coming and where each stands through the final yes-or-no decision.

Is Incentive Tower a grant directory?

No. Incentive Tower begins with a property and a project, then evaluates supported programs and organizes the evidence and workflow around the opportunities you select.

What types of incentives does Incentive Tower cover?

Public, private and nonprofit incentives. Public: federal, state and local government programs, tax credits and utility programs. Private: utility and corporate programs, manufacturer and OEM rebates and private funds. Nonprofit: foundation and philanthropic grants and nonprofit and community programs. Specific coverage is limited to supported programs and the agreed engagement scope; this website does not contain a live program catalog. Ask us to confirm coverage for your project.

Does a preliminary match mean we qualify?

No. A preliminary finding reflects the information available for review. The administering authority makes eligibility and award decisions.

Can Incentive Tower guarantee funding or savings?

No. Incentive Tower does not guarantee eligibility, tax treatment, funding, award, savings or agency approval.

Does Incentive Tower replace our grant writer, CPA, attorney or engineer?

No. It organizes evidence and workflow around the people responsible for those services. Professional determinations stay with qualified professionals.

What does “ready to submit” mean for an incentive application?

The required evidence, blocking items and review gates for the relevant scope have been addressed. A document-completeness percentage alone does not establish readiness.

Can multiple incentives apply to one project?

Potentially. Compatibility, sequencing and financial interactions require program-specific evidence and, where needed, professional confirmation. An opportunity list is never an automatically stackable total.

How much does Incentive Tower cost?

Pricing is not published yet. Plans are based on your volume of active incentive applications, not per user; see Pricing for how plans are structured. Scope, deliverables, coverage, responsibilities and fees are agreed in writing before any paid engagement.

Can I run a live search on this website?

Not yet. This site helps you prepare a project brief and explore illustrative examples. It does not run a live incentive engine, host customer accounts or submit incentive applications.

What should I share in the first conversation?

A general project description, location, equipment category, estimated investment and timing. Please don’t email tax returns, identity documents or confidential customer files before a secure workflow is in place.

Is www.theincentivetower.com your website?

Yes. www.theincentivetower.com is the official Incentive Tower website. You can also reach us at trent@axiveris.com.

Who is behind Incentive Tower?

Incentive Tower LLC, founded by Trent Van Dyke.
