Make uncertainty visible
An unresolved question should be named, assigned and worked through, never buried in an optimistic summary.
Why we exist
Public incentives can change a project’s economics. Yet many incentive applications are abandoned, not rejected: lost to fragmented email, out-of-date spreadsheets and missed deadlines. We built Incentive Tower to keep them in view.
Our conviction
A property owner knows the upgrade. An EPC knows the equipment. Advisors know their disciplines. The evidence and the workflow still need to connect.
Start with the project.
Not the government program.
A list of programs does not tell a team whether its specific project is supported, what documentation is missing, or whether timing creates a problem.
Our purpose is to make that work organized, transparent and evidence-based, while keeping accountable people in control.
What we stand for
Three principles shape everything we build.
An unresolved question should be named, assigned and worked through, never buried in an optimistic summary.
Tax, legal and technical determinations belong with qualified professionals and the relevant authorities.
Show the basis of a finding, the missing requirements and the next action. Never promise the award.
Before your next incentive application deadline
Bring one live project or incentive application. Leave with a clear brief, the questions that matter and a defined next step.
